The first step is to have a chemistry call. I offer this free of charge and without commitment. It lasts about 15-30 minutes. It is for us to see if we could be a good match.
It is crucial that we both feel comfortable working together in order to achieve positive results.
I offer one-on-one coaching for women in Tel Aviv, with the choice of three clinic locations in central and south Tel Aviv, so you can pick what feels most convenient and comfortable for you. If you enjoy being close to nature, we can also meet at the beach. And if you prefer to stay at home or live abroad, sessions are available online via video or phone.
My approach blends personal development coaching, somatic awareness, and positive psychology to help you move from anxiety, self-doubt, and feeling “not enough” toward more balance, self-worth, and genuine, everyday happiness. These are some of the most common themes I work with, but they’re not the only ones — you’re welcome to bring whatever feels important in your life right now.
During our conversations, I offer deep listening and gentle structure. Together, we uncover the beliefs, fears, patterns and behaviours that quietly hold you back. I use communication techniques such as reflection, paraphrasing and summarising to help you hear your own thoughts more clearly and make sense of what is going on inside. At times, I may respectfully challenge certain beliefs, always at your pace and with your consent.
When appropriate, we might explore somatic processes (mind–body practices), use tools inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS) to meet different “parts” of you with compassion, or integrate evidence-based interventions from positive psychology and trauma-informed coaching. I am currently completing an Integrative Somatic Trauma certificate, which further supports this body–mind approach.
For women who feel called to work more directly with the body, there is also the option to combine coaching with massage therapy or emotional release massage. These blended sessions can support the release of stored tension and emotions, helping your body integrate the inner shifts that happen in coaching. As they are usually longer and the timing and pricing differ from regular sessions, we decide on this format together in advance — feel free to ask me about it if you’re curious.
Often, I may suggest simple practices or “homework” for you to explore between sessions, as this can help you go deeper into the work and integrate what we talk about into your everyday life. These are always suggestions, never obligations — we adapt them to your learning style, energy, and circumstances, and I will never push you to do something that doesn’t feel right for you. At the beginning of our work, we agree together on clear aims and intentions, and we review them periodically to make sure coaching continues to meet your needs.
Coaching with me is a flexible, collaborative process — your journey, your rhythm, your lead.
In a largely unregulated industry, it is important that the coach you chose comply with the highest standard to better serve you.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative process that helps you gain clarity, make changes, and grow in the areas that matter to you. It’s a space to explore your thoughts, emotions and patterns with a trained professional, so you can move toward a life that feels more aligned, grounded and fulfilling.
Do you tell me what to do?
No. A common misconception is that a coach gives advice or tells you how to live your life. My role is not to decide for you, but to help you hear yourself more clearly, explore options, and connect to what feels right and true for you. I may offer reflections, tools or perspectives, but you always remain the expert on your own life.
How do you work as a coach?
I use evidence-based, trauma-informed coaching, guided by the ethical standards of EMCC and ICF. I see you as resourceful and capable, and my role is to ask thoughtful questions, reflect what I hear, and gently help you uncover your own answers and next steps.
Coaching is not mentoring, counselling or therapy.
It is not meant to treat or cure any
mental disorder.
