Finding your happy
A grounded, experiential workshop for women (in English)
You have a good life on paper.
You’re functioning, capable, doing “all the right things”…
So why doesn’t happiness stick?
This 2-hour workshop is a reflective, body-aware exploration of happiness beyond “positive thinking” and quick external fixes.
Wednesday, February 18 | 8:00 PM
Casa Luna Studio, Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv
Early bird: 120 NIS until Jan 18 | Regular: 150 NIS
This workshop is for women who:
- Appear to be doing well on the outside, yet feel something is missing inside
- Have tried “thinking positive” or self-improvement strategies that didn’t bring lasting change
- Want a thoughtful, non-judgmental space to reflect, feel, and make sense of their experience
- Are curious about how emotions live in the body and how the nervous system shapes wellbeing
What to expect?
This is a gentle, experiential evening including:
- Guided self-reflection (journaling prompts)
- Small group or pair reflection (always optional)
- Simple somatic practices (body awareness, noticing)
- Practical insights you can take home
Themes
Part 1: Re-defining happiness (hedonic vs eudaimonic) + self-reflection
Part 2: Why we adapt (the “why it doesn’t stick” piece) + common self-sabotage
Part 3: Emotional regulation + somatics (experiential practice)
Part 4: Building supportive habits (joy, gratitude, kindness) + personal takeaway
